"We have stayed at this property before and sadly over the past couple of years the quality of service and the condition of the property have gone downhill. It took us almost an hour to check-in to our rooms and we were a little disturbed that the side door was unlocked all day and at night. No key card was needed to access that door. I am unsure we will chose to stay again."

"Wi-Fi was strong. Price was fair. Nice they had a room safe that was also easy to operate. We didn't use the pool or exercise facilities. They are in the middle of a remodel and I am sure it will look nicer afterwards, but very tired looking now. The room felt damp (too high humidity) even with the air conditioner running. The breakfast staff was very efficient and friendly and kept everything well-stocked. Would appreciate more variety in the hot portion of the breakfast. We stayed for 5 nights...

"I was upgraded to a suite which was amazing! The only thing I was sad about was the pool was shaded by the building and I couldn’t tan which is minor! Breakfast is always good at Drury!"

"Room was clean but the noise level was loud. Very thin walls I heard both neighbors and people in hallway. Doesn’t make for a good nights sleep. Brandon at the front desk was very nice, answering my questions about local restaurants and he fixed my remote control quickly."

"The rooms were spacious, I love rooms with a tub. They had complimentary toiletry items, tea and coffee. The room was perfect and the location. My only critique was no one picked up the food left outside the doors overnight."
