"We stayed two nights while attending a music festival. Helpful, friendly staff. Comfortable beds!!! Clean. Nice breakfast. We overslept on our final morning and they were super understanding and gave us a later check-out (noon instead of 11:am)."

"The hotel was close to the highway, but quiet. We went to get into the pool and discovered that the heater was not working. When we told the woman at the front desk, she was surprised and offered to upgrade us to a room with a jacuzzi and said that it would be fixed asap. We returned a week later, and the pool was fixed. The entire staff at SureStay was very pleasant and helpful."

"I had a very nice stay. The hotel was very clean and my room was spacious especially the bathroom. The rooms have Keurig style coffee makers with an assortment of coffees and tea. There is a refigerator with a real freezer and a microwave also. Breakfast is included and there is an assortment of hot and cold food offered. The gentleman who checked me in and worked nights was very friendly and welcoming and informative. There is ample free parking and several restaurants within walking distance....

"My family and I were in Ashland attending a funeral. We stayed two nights. The hotel was extremely clean as were the rooms. The staff were friendly and courteous. We enjoyed the free breakfast. The waffles are the best. We would defintely stay at this hotel the next time we are in Ashland visiting family."
