"The property was beautiful however our room 303 had a very strong musty smell as soon as you walked into the room as if the carpet had gotten wet maybe. I had to purchase spray to accomidate the odor. Also the pillows was very uncomfortable."

"Everything was exactly like I thought it would be. Hilton quality."

"The penthouse bar was a disaster with seagulls and their feces all around the table and floor. The air conditioning was turned off at night so we would sweat through the night. Not a 4 star hotel Not worth the price"

"I didn’t like that parking was either valet parking or the parking garage across the street"

"Nice bar, good drinks!"

"Loved this beautiful hotel on the river. We had a river view room & it was amazing. Steps away to downtown, Falls Park, & the Swamp Rabbit trail. The staff was very friendly & welcoming. The only missing was no safes in the room."

"The best choice to stay in the vicinity.🤗"

"The room door was so hard to open every time I had to come in. The bathroom was a bit unkempt/overused, some of the breakfast food was overcooked or lukewarm/cold."

"My wife and I came in for a couple of nights for concert. The hotel was the perfect location for walking to the arena and downtown! The only complaint I guess(more my fault for not asking)was valet parking. It was $28 per night. Unless you going to use you car during your stay, which we didn’t because everything was walkable, I’d opt for the self park. It’s right by the hotel and only $10. A small thing though really! We loved it!"
