"Beachfront room, bottom floor, patio was really nice with a great view of the beach. The room was a bit dated, but kept very clean. That said, we never really knew when it would be cleaned - some days it was in the morning, some times while we were out for supper. We were told the hotel was full but it never seemed that way - it's very spacious so no one area ever felt busy or crowded. There was one day that we couldn't get beach chairs, but I think that was due to cruise ship visitors using some, plus it was a day that we didn't get to the beach until mid day."

The atmosphere throughout the property was calm and serene, making it easy to truly unwind. The restaurant had good options- the food was delicious. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Really enjoyed the story of the Bay House’s beginnings. We were also very grateful for the taxi service they offer, which made getting around convenient and stress-free. We would happily stay again and highly recommend Bay House to anyone visiting Grenada."

"The location is perfect. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was spotless however I would have preferred to have blackout curtains as the sunlight woke me up quite early. The bed was comfortable and my room was quite spacious!"
