"We stayed for 3 nights, the 1 bedroom apartment is clean and cosy. Apartment has many lights so it is bright. At the time when I Check in and out, both receptionists are not so friendly, not rude either, at the same time, not very proactive nor helpful. Not all are like these two as I had observed, some are quite nice and courteous. The concierge Mr Chris Yao is amazing, he is very hardworking and helpful to all guests who arrives or departs. "The stay would be so much better if it wasn’t completely ruined by an incompetent receptionist. When checking out, I asked her to call us a taxi to Futian Railway Station, even showed her a photo with address both in English and Hong Kong. She called us two cabs and both of them took us to Futian Port, which is completely different from Railway Station. We only found out about it at passport check because they told us we are at the wrong location. We ended up missing the train, wasting 400HK$...
