"Staff was great with communication and answered any questions I had. Directions to the loft was a bit confusing due to the construction which is understandable. Unfortunately, there is no AC in the room which gets hot. Overall cleaned lofts/lobby. Great location, felt safe and multiple options for dining. If you don’t mind the hotness, then I would recommend this place to others!"

"We had a room on the top floor and there was an accompanying terrace with a table and some chairs. I had my morning coffee there, as they have a kitchen with a microwave and a fridge downstairs. The room was spacious and they had air conditioning, which was greatly appreciated as it was incredibly hot. There were a lot of stairs to climb, but we had a view of the lake.
