"More than a hotel, these are furnished apartments. Extremely comfortable, very quiet and peaceful. They don't have air conditioning. Everything in Cayalá is within easy walking distance. Very safe. At night, all the streets are well-lit. Next to the building, there are coffee shops, a gym, and a restaurant. Ideal for a 3-day stay, enough time to explore the entire Cayalá area. Keep in mind that it's not near downtown Guatemala City, and it takes about an hour to get to the airport."

"Room was clean and property was well taken care of. All the staff was professional and had no problem answering our questions. The hotel has a gate to walk through, not just anybody can come inside and the parking lot is also gated so they have staff that manage these services. Casa serena is located in a quiet, prosperous area that is walkable with at least 3-5 bars/restaurants nearby. We literally have zero complaints!"

Lo único malo q podría decir que el ruido de la construcción que había en la propiedad no fue muy buena ya que con un bb no fue cómodo … aparte que el último día no se respeto como devia de ser la hora de salida .. tuvimos que salir con prisa por que nos dijeron q a qué horas nos íbamos por que tenían que limpiar la casa …y aún no se llegaba la hora de dejar la propiedad según la...

"Loved it here! Super cheap price and you get amazing customer service and a HUGE room. We had 4 beds (two double, two twin) AND a kitchenette. The shower had amazing water pressure. They are labeled as apartment-hotels I believe, and it lived up to its description. The breakfast was INCLUDED. It was absolutely delicious and their dining area was so beautiful.
