"Friendly and professional check-in staff. Some staff used a translator which worked great. The “onsen” hot springs is the reason why a Dormy Inn is always a good choice. (Usually open from 15:00~10:00 next morning - so anytime at night) Yes rooms are small - on par with most business hotels - but the sauna and hot spring options are worth it. Free ice cream afterwards. (Yoghurt drink in the morning) a bowl of ramen for an evening snack. "

Spa was super nice with sauna and out door bath..whirlpool indoor facial steamer in vanity area...oh the popsicle after spa was nice touch..amenities in room was very thoughtful.
