"We booked a suite but none of the door was working. I tried both door for many times before i walked to the front desk for helped. They helped me working on a different keys but then those didnt work either. Then i have to walked back down again for the third time while 3 of my toddlers were antsy and irritated. They had to used the master key for the door, it was terrible experience for such a pricey suite. "

"Rooms were clean, breakfast was decent, breakfast staff was great but those working check-in hated life & you could tell. Overall an ok stay. Only had one working elevator so waits were 5+ minutes to board one."

"I stayed at this property for a couple of days. Apparently they only service the room every other day. So we had to ask the front desk for some fresh towels and toilet paper the next day. I was in my room the second day when it was supposed to be service but, no one came to do it. I was back to the hotel room around 3pm. Nothing was service or changed. We didn’t get any new towels or restocking. So nobody ever came to do their job. I told the front desk about it and she didn’t say...

The hotel was clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating from check-in to check-out. My room was comfortable with a nice layout, and I appreciated the cozy bed and quiet atmosphere—it made it easy to relax after a long day. The location is also convenient, with nearby restaurants and shopping options, which was a plus. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars...
