"Option ménage obligatoire de 99€ même pour 4 nuits : une option obligatoire, jamais vu ça. Les draps étaient en option, je ne comprends pas pourquoi le ménage ne l'était pas aussi. D'autant plus que c'était indiqué en option, donc vraie erreur de communication.Sinon bel appartement spacieux, belle vue sur le lac, mais aucun service au mois de mai (pas de boulangerie, restaurant, animations, piscine fermée...)."

"Overall the facilities were fine for the price paud. Our standard room was quite small. Surprisingly no views from this hotel despite the beautiful location. Spa was also nice but not overwhelming. "

"Great little hotel in an ideal location right in the town centre. The breakfast which was taken in the connecting restaurant next door was simple but very nice. Free parking was available nearby by the Police station. Our room was adequate but slightly disappointing as it was very hot and there was little ventilation.The bathroom was small but had a lot of dust behind the door. Other friends who stayed seemed to have better rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"Hotel was great location, parking was full but big car park down the hill, only complaint was that they should not charge to use spa after 10am that’s naughty as you want it after the slopes"
