The area of Nassfeld has the motto “Nice Surprise” and it really was the nicest surprise to find this lovely hotel in this breathtaking part of the world. We travelled with our teen boys in the summer and they were active all day. From rock climbing (ages 6 and up) to swimming, to the children’s area (arcade style basketball was a big hit!) to mountain biking the local area, this hotel was outstanding. "We had paid for a room with a Mountain View but when we arrived this was not available. However we loved everything else, the half board dinner was delicious! Dinner was in the very modern sun room extension"

"Stayed in Junior suite in January. Room is very nice and comfortable, bathroom quite old and not so nice. Heating in the room can not be controlled, means you depend on the management to decide what temperature is the best for you :-( Service in the restaurant can be slow some times but the food in general was good. At check in they wanted to charge me for the room that was already paid through hotels.com but the next day the issue was settled. Some receptionists were new and therefore slow but...
