"The staff at check in wasn’t particularly helpful. The whole check in lasted about 2 minutes and we weren’t given any information about breakfast or anything else. The lady checking us in seemed amused we didn’t automatically know which building we were supposed to be in or where to go. There wasn’t enough parking for the number of guests in the back carpark. The front carpark was narrow and full too. The two bedroom apartment was spacious but only one of the bedrooms was heated, the other was...

"Staff were very quick to shut down conversations as they came across as very busy.
They messed up my itemised payment.
I contacted them twice before arriving about spas and treatments and got no replies. I am since chasing a receipt and still not got it after 5 attempts."
