Amazing hotel! The view alone would be worth choosing this location, but the level of care from the owners and staff really makes the place special. It’s a short ride from the national park gates and very cheap in a taxi so well worth it over staying in town which is busy and noisy so not relaxing after a busy day in Zhangjiajie park.

The property is centrally located very close to the East Entrance of the park. It is clean and homey with cats and dogs. The thing that stood out for us was the lovely, helpful staff, especially the delightful Vivi who looked after us like we were family. Nothing was too much trouble, she arranged everything we wanted, bought our tickets, booked any events we wanted to attend, even ordered takeout food and a massage in our rooms. A very relaxing stay! The hotel is conveniently located in the town of Wulingyuan. On arrival, we were greeted by John. John is friendliest person we've met on this trip. He is such a happy guy and a credit to the hotel. The rooms were huge and extremely modern. We were a family of 3 and we had so much space. Property was new and well maintained. Laundry facilities were excellent. Only criticism is that it was difficult to find the address on Didi as the name and address on Expedia are different to those on Didi (the local taxi service).

The most perfect hotel ever. So gorgeous, with an infinity pool, teahouse and amazing restaurant - the hotel is so helpful to get you to the national park. Only issue is that it is quite far from certain areas, however if you're looking for a peaceful retreat and want to visit the Avatar Mountains, this is the place to stay.

The owner have an excellent service to customer felt like family. They are very accommodating helpful in anyway. I really enjoy my stay from the start to the last day of my stay. Highly recommended.
