"Myself and a college stayed in the apartment for 3 nights. As soon as we checked in we realised we had not been provided with any towels We requested towels each day, several times a day. Dispite our efforts for the full 3 days no towels were provided. I have been working here in Budapest for 6 months now and never have I experienced such poor service in all my time here."

"Unfortunately, I had bad luck with my room — it was very small, which is fine for a solo traveller, but the photos made the rooms look much nicer. The view from the window was just a wall in the inner courtyard. The room was also right next to the housekeeping storage area, so it got loud from around 7 a.m., and sleeping in wasn’t really possible. The wellness area consisted only of a small sauna.
