"Very disappointed, when we arrived from a 9 hour drive from Georgia just to find out there were no rooms available. We had to find another hotel to stay in for the weekend. Already tired and stressed out and had to deal with not having the room at the hotel we booked . We were not in Louisiana on vacation we were there because my husband sister was killed by a train and we were there for her funeral. So not having a room made it worse."

"No hot water available in the room throughout my stay. Staff was unwilling to help and was rude when requested help. "

"The room set up is wonderful, love having the two rooms with plenty of storage. The room does need some TLC, one of the mirrors was cracked, carpet was torn, desk leg broken and couch was a little tired. Staff is amazing and couldn’t be nicer, we will be back."

"We stayed here for LSU graduation! Property was well-maintained and exceptionally clean! Staff was friendly and helpful! With consideration to heavy traffic in BR, this hotel is located only minutes from LSU & close to the magnificent Supper Club where we had a celebratory dinner."
