They have a laundry room but for some reason the downloaded apps did not work for me. "The hotel is in a great location. Once we came out of the hotel take a walk to the right of the hotel and cross the street and you come to a lovely area with great restaurants and shops. Very convenient. The hotel offered an amazing breakfast and the staff were fabulous. I will definitely come again. "
