"Love this hotel, staff and facilities are excellent, one of my favourite hotels."

"The metalic shower enclosure is all rusted and rusted water was leaking on the bathroom tiles. Furniture is dated and very tired. The mattress is a little more than a few bags of foam. I stayed on the top floor (6th floor) and it took 10 minutes to get any hot water in the morning. Expedia continues to list this hotel despite my objections, claiming to have forwarded my remarks and photos to the marketing group - very disappointing."
