"False advertising. This hotel gave us the dingiest room compared to other rooms in the hotel. When I asked them about it, they said that some rooms are old but it was never mentioned in the website. I had asked for a transfer and was told that i should have done during the check in process. How would I know? I happened to see the other rooms hence I questioned it. We were even asked to clean our room after checking out. First time I have ever heard this from a receptionist. Poor service!!!"

"Hotel situé en plein centre sur une rue à sens unique, donc déchargement des bagages à faire rapidement. Un très bon accueil de la reception, possibilité de garage moto pour un supplément de 10€, par contre le samedi matin il y a marché et la rue est fermée... il faut sortir par une des deux rues perpendiculaires... chambres pas très insonorisées, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir. Les douches et descentes d'eau des autres chambres s'entendent bien... avantage d'être plein centre,...

"Très bon séjour à l’Hôtel Martinez ! L’établissement est top, propre et bien entretenu, avec une atmosphère agréable du début à la fin. Le restaurant et le bar sont vraiment appréciables. Le personnel mérite une mention particulière : toujours souriant, d’une grande gentillesse et surtout très arrangeant. Ils font le maximum pour répondre aux demandes et rendre le séjour confortable !! Une expérience vraiment positive, avec un service de qualité et une attention constante portée aux clients....
