"The hotel is in a good location in Ventnor with easy access to the local amenities. The gardens are stunning and there was a good selection of food available at breakfast. Our only complaint was the shower as it was very low pressure. The hotel were very accommodating with our last minute booking and were able to store our bicycles for us overnight."

"As a high end hotel you should experience top rate hotel. Being the start of the season you would expect the hotel to be in prime condition as it’s not cheap. The staff are lovely ask and they will do their best to help. But our room smelt of smoke (put air con on 15 minutes later clear, the room/suite could do with upgrading. "Lovely hotel. Room was absolutely boiling so I’m glad I bought a fan. Breakfast was delicious. Room a little small for 2 people and I didn’t like the adjoining door that opened out onto the corridor. "

"A dog loving hotel. We booked a sea view room which was fantastic, we stayed an extra night. The double bed was unfortunately two singles pushed together and the used dirty towels not refreshed the second day, just picked up and rehung. All the other facilities were great, dinner and take out are serviced from the hotel next door. I would recommend a visit to the retro gaming room in the other hotel next to the pool. The outdoor pools are not available until May. The path to the beach no longer...
