"Except location, for attractions and activities. Noisy at night on the weekends around town but usually quiets down by 11 pm.
Saturday morning chef was not good. The toast was a door stop and barely toasted and the butter was liquid! In the plastic packet. Service was also slow at breakfast but only on the Saturday. All other days were brilliant.
Room 4 has a very small sink in toilet/shower room. A sink more appropriate for a cloakroom toilet.
Other than those comments loved the Bugle and...

"We paid for a premium room which was room 34 with a view, it was the size of a cupboard the curtains did not fit you could not close them. I could not fit into the shower and there was no bath the toilet was separate next to the bed and behind a sliding door that didn’t close. The list could go on and on.
We were staying for 3 days but had no help from the reception staff or management we would not return to this hotel Give it a Miss."

"Lovely old fashioned traditional hotel where guests are always right !
I was very impressed when I booked an evening meal . I had warned them I have numerous food intolerances . I hoped they would have something I could eat so was blown away when I was given a menu especially made for ME !!
Ventnor is quiet and quaint .
Only thing I struggled with was the room was very very warm so sleeping was tricky and it was very small for two ."

"Overlooking the sea. Our room was clean and tidy. Fresh. The bar was great. The whole place was amazing value. The most amazing thing was the staff. Harry and his mate on reception, the lady at the bar , the chap doing breakfast and the lovely young woman at reception. Couldn’t have been more helpful. They let me put my bike in storage. All great"
