"We booked this hotel in anticipation of using the pool, it was however not working and we were not aware of this or we’d have booked elsewhere. The room was very expensive for the lack of amenities and cleanliness issues. They had a water line break and it flooded the main level, we stayed on the second floor (no elevator fyi). There was a strong pungent aroma of cleaning products in our room and we slept with the window open all night even though it was cold at night. Breakfast was average . I...

"It had a nice welcoming area with the fireplace, the pool looks filthy there was dirt on our sheets and on our blanket, the pool so they could only have so many people in and the same people are allowed in all night so no one else was basically allowed to use the pool or hot tub area, I repeatedly asked for an invoice to be emailed to me and I had to call three times to get it."
