"My highlight was meeting the owner and his wife. So knowledgeable about many things. It was a delight to talk to them and learn about the culture. This is a small hotel but it was really well kept up and very clean. The bathroom was great - a kitchen to make coffee and tea and a small breakfast if you wanted it. "Jennis and his wife are extremely helpful. The hotel is clean and well kept. Not only were they able to assist in my commute to the airport and back, they were able to help me to items I needed, plan other upcoming trips and even store my luggage until my final stay before returning home. Jennis even kindly gave me a ride to the bus stop and would not even take any money!! Top notch establishment!"

"This was a great stay, we came in late after a long flight and just wanted a place to crash for the night before heading south. It was quiet, clean and cool: we had AC and bed was comfy: a private shower/bathroom. My host was lovely and got up early to make us HUGE breakfast before we caught the train in Colombo. He arranged our (reasonably priced) taxi to the station and gave us free fresh bananas from his yard for the ride. 10/10 for the quick stay. Thanks again"

"The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We weren’t able to get the airport shuttle, but just did an uber for about $6 USD. The next day we took their Tuk Tuk back to airport, and that was really fun for under $2 USD. It was absolutely worth it to get out of the airport for that night, and have a bed and a warm shower before our next flight. The bottle waters were greatly appreciated. For the low price, it exceeded our expectations. The best part was the friendly thoughtful...

"For the price I paid, I had lower expectation. It turned out to be a great hospitality. Rooms were cozy and spacious bathroom. They even provided complimentary breakfast, that was delicious so is the tea. The owner was humble and he had a great customer obsession. "
