"Spent 2hrs in a queue at check-in before we can get a room. The whole place is poorly maintained, my child got scratches from swimming in the pool because of broken tiles. Called for fresh bath towels for the room multiple times and there was no response."

"Could have maintained the toilet taps well. Appreciate thorough check before letting the guest in, as could not close the toilet door and instead of spoiled tab, we had to use the main valve. Breakfast qualify defenitely need improvement. Suit was spacious and bedroom was very tidy and well maintained."
