This use to be one of the best properties maybe 10 years ago. Pros: Location, Breakfast, Service Staffs Cons: Cleanliness, Amenities Thankfully, my parents got a room change cause the first one was utterly disappointing. May I suggest that the property slowly do an upgrade to their hotel?

Bon hotel pour se reposer et shopping

C'est notre 3 ème fois dans cette hotel en 2 ans. Au total je suis resté au total environ une vingtaine de nuits. L'hotel est bien situé par rapport au "City square Mall", "Compta Mall", marché de nuit, temple chinois et temple Hindou. Manque de chaises longues à la piscine. Pas de Vélo et un seul tapis de course en panne. De plus, l'eau n'est pas réapprovisionnée. Pas de produit désinfectant ni de gel hydro-alcoolique.

Comfortable bed

The check in was fast. The king size bed & pillows were very comfortable. The temperature control of shower knob was not working. So we had to use the bath tub instead. The breakfast area was very comfy & spacious. The staff were very friendly.

Decent hotel and a comfortable stay near JB CIQ

A comfortable stay. The hotel is a short walk from both JB CIQ & the cafe belt of Jln Dhoby. Hotel is quite old already and I hope they get on with the renovation soon.

If Veg ?

Everything was fine except Breakfast! Not good for Vegetarians, but Manager was so good he went out of his way to make sure V had veg food! Very nice and helpful employees.

A “past it’s prime” hotel: leaking bath tub (not sure if it’s due to the bath curtains or bath tub), old furnitures. But still ok since only 1 night stay. Comes With free breakfast though food is not so good. Usual hotel unavailable that’s y tried this instead. Walking distance to city Sq through stairs case besides public bank, so can be quite dark at night.

Disappointed stay

My friend and I stay 1 night in Puteri Pacific Hotel. The room that I chosen was a Imperial deluxe triple sharing room. There is water leakage out from e water spray overnight and the bathroom already all wet. Lucky nobody slip and fell without noticing it. The bathtub looks dirty. Really disappointing.
