Mare, the hotel director, went above and beyond by offering encouraging words and genuine support when I shared that I was staying there due to my mother being in the hospital. That kindness meant more than I can express. The room was clean and comfortable, parking was easy and convenient, and the food was great. Overall, it was a very positive experience during a difficult time, and I truly appreciate the care and hospitality I received."

"Our experience at this Hilton Inn was fabulous!! Brittany at the front was smiling, friendly and she was expecting us! She made us feel very welcome! Our rooms were clean and completely stocked! (And yes, I always checked the sheets!) It smelled nice and clean, not stuffy and stale! All staff smiled, and asked if everything was ok! They have very good coffees and hot water ready anytime you need it in the dining room! That was very much appreciated, as a couple of us are night owls. The breakfast was hot, lots to choose from, different toppings, choices and it was very clean! Spacious dining area, we did not feel closed in at all! The pool area was nice and spacious! They also had an outside seating area with a large gas fire to sit around in the evening! Our stay was one of the best we have experienced in 25+ years of traveling! We highly recommend choosing this Hampton Inn in Charleston, WV!"

"Aurora condition in our room was broke. Way to hot in the room. Maintenance man came and he didn't fix it. Dirty wash cloth left in bathroom. Ungrateful said she would give me reward points but never seen them."
