"Terrible stay! Valet parking full & self park 2 blocks away, which for a night arrival in the rain was no fun. No working elevator & room on the 8th floor- we were able to take the service elevator up, but the hall is inaccessible without staff so you have to take the stairs down. Room was not clean- found a sock & food wrapper in the bed! Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere!"

"Very nice place and right downtown"

"Just needed an overnight stay. This for my expectations for the cost."

"As always, I appreciate the spacious and roominess of these suites, but the furnishing and amenities are a little dated and need upgrading, especially the coffee cup size, and the type of coffee maker. Overall though it’s a nice hotel! Long walk to the front lobby for breakfast in the morning if you’re staying a ways away. I like the fact this is off the beaten path."

"The property and room was very clean. The location is perfect. We were close to anything we may have needed."

"I wish the breakfast would’ve started at 6 AM"

"Everything was comfortable and clean. Not a luxury hotel but very practical and clean."

"Breakfast and coffee are great. The hotel is separated from the lobby,so you must walk outside. No elevator. Exit doors by the room are very loud. Thin blankets and no support pillows. So many options to eat super close by."

"Clean and nice, helpful and friendly staff. They were able to answer my questions about gluten free breakfast items. Overall, great stay! Would definitely go back."

"The property was fairly easy to find and close to the casino. Breakfast set was very good and refreshed frequently with a good selection of items. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even when the room door card lost its ability to open the room door. It was solved very quickly"

"Very nice lobby/ public area. Good breakfast room well maintained. Nice room, quiet, pool. No one at desk when I checked in or out."

"Went for the indoor pool for our kids and it was great! Loved the fountains and the hot tub too. The overall hotel is average but the pool is reason enough to go again if we are passing thru that area again. I’d recommend for families as a nice option of something to do."

"I would highly recommend this hotel. Great location, walking distance to practically everything. It was really nice to be right on the river. Staff was friendly, everything was clean, it hit all the five star marks for me."

"The breakfast was lacking."

"Kind people, great room. 10/10"
