"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room itself was dirty—stained bed sheets, no duvet - just a thin sheet, plugs falling off the walls with exposed wiring, clumps of dust and towels that were old and fraying at the edges. There wasn’t even a bottle of water in the room. The worst part? They gave us a room that was already occupied by another guest. Imagine walking into what you think is your room, only to find someone else already there. It was deeply embarrassing...

The room was really nice and clean with an amazing view of the surroundings. The food was 10/10 with a selection of both local and international options. We had to walk a long distance on foot, during which we encountered wild animals — an extremely unsafe situation. "The value for the money is great, a bit remote. We had issues with the payment from hotels.com since they insisted that we had to pay on checkout even though we had prepaid everything. They also claimed that they were not registered on hotels.com A couple of phone calls later everything sorted itself out so no harm."

"It's difficult to use the same approach to compare adventure camp accommodation to a city hotel. For what it was the accommodation was good and the hospitality very good. Minor maintenance issues around the camp but this did not impact on or distract from the experience."
