"I had a "accessible" room - I did not need it but it was just less expensive. But I was on the 3rd floor. Do you really want to put someone who has mobility issues on the 3rd floor? If there was a fire, not sure how they would get out. Also know that the accessible rooms have the bathroom sink outside of the bathroom in the bedroom. Not great.
