"From the moment you arrive into the dark lobby you feel like you are in a terrible place. Very difficult check in as staff have limited English. We get to our room to find it very small the hall to the room smells of damp and other things. We have a balcony . The fridge is a cooler not a refrigerator. No instructions for the safe. Toilet is leaking from the base. We go out for dinner as no room service or restrauent in the hotel. We advise the staff of the toilet issue when we leave they will...

"ビーチからも近く、周りにはナイトマーケットや土産物屋、レストランなどいろいろあります。ショッピングセンターはタクシーでも5分くらい(200円位？)で便利です。 キッチン付きなので、部屋が広く ゆったりできました。ただ、食器などはガラスのコップとコーヒーセット位しかないので、料理には不向きです。近くに200円位から 食事が出来る店がたくさんあるので 料理する気にもなりませんが。 スタッフのみなさんは感じ良く、快適な滞在でた。"

However the pictures on the website are or the HOTEL beside it not of the apartments - the hotel is a little run down but has a washing machine and kitchen and BEAUTIFUL ocean view. The location is down an alleyway and office is on the 36th floor. Overall would stay here again."

"Accueil assez difficile où l'on m'a réclamé de façon très agressive mon voucher que je n'avais pas. Il m'a finalement fallu me connecter via le WiFi sur mon laptop pour présenter ce voucher (alors que mon nom était présent sur la liste). On ne se sent pas forcément le bienvenu... Hotel moderne, standard. Grande chambre, en parfait état et propre. Le personnel n'est pas très attentif, plus occupé à surfer sur le net qu'autre chose (comme partout de façon générale au Vietnam). Petit-déjeuner...
