"Gute Lage, schöne Zimmer."

"Spacious accommodation with modern decor and lighting in the heart of Klagenfurt. Unfortunately, the bedding on one side of the double bed did not appear clean. One of the towels appeared soiled and the towel mat had clearly been used and left on the floor (the other towels were clean). The kitchen was well equipped, but the bin was full of rubbish and there was an open packet of sauce and a half drunk bottle of water left on the side. It's a shame. Otherwise, all was fine."

"If I could give negative stars I would. This was the worst stay of my life and we are now in a lawsuit. Not only did the property lock me out of the room (bad battery on electric keypad) they lied and kept me out 3 different times at two different rooms. The representatives for the company moved me to another room after missing two days… no medication, no toilet, no food & no access to any of my belongings. When I arrived home they sent me an email link to pay the difference for a room upgrade...

"Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Klimaanlage defekt. Als Ersatz waren zwei Standgeräte aufgestellt, die im Betrieb sehr laut waren. Kostenloser Parkkplatz in Tiefgarage ist Top. Bäckerei direkt neben dem Hotel."

"super Restaurant, nettes Personal, gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis, Top Frühstück mit allem was das Herz begehrt"

"Perfektes Personal in super Lage, Frühstück top, gerne wieder"

"Fint hotell med utmerket beliggenhet midt i byen , alle severdigheter , museer og butikker like ved, gangavstand til jernbanestasjonen"

"Location off-centre, convenient for the University, Minimundus and Wörthersee. The access to the city centre is not too complicated, takes about 15-20min by local bus though a bit of being organised helps as the local buses only run every 30min. The room was rather basic, felt mostly like an upgraded dorm, although it was clean and bathroom was in a good shape. Staff welcoming and helpful. Breakfast good with both hot and cold options."

"The hotel is situated mid way between the lake and the city centre making it an ideal choice for the Ironman. The staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was great, the hotel clean and this is somewhere where we would love to stay again."

"Zum wiederholten Male dort zu Gast und immer sehr zufrieden! Bestimmt bald mal wieder ;)"

"The place is nice, but I wasn't able to get the warm/hot water. Luckly I was on my way back home and I had the choice to go home to have my daily shower, but if I would have a business meeting, the situation was really unacepptable. A tiny note, before to discover the issue of the water, I search for an airdryer all over and I didn't find it, just a diffusor, but not the airdryer"
