"Absolutely appalling experience! The hotel prioritized an event, booking every room except ours. The event overtook the pool area with blaring music and screaming girls for over 5 hours, making it unusable. To make matters worse, we discovered uncleaned feces behind the toilet in our room and rats scurrying around the main pool area. Despite our complaints to the staff, the noise was unbearable, even on the top floor, drowning out the TV. We were forced to leave the resort and spend hours...

"Owners were wonderful from the time of booking. Sent a tuk tuk to pick us up from the bus station. Greeted us on arrival with some drinks and great conversation. Rooms are very nicely decorated. Beds are extremely comfortable, big flat screen tv with tons of internet channels, bathroom is large and bright, stocked fridge with tea/coffee maker and large wardrobe for your belongings. "Fantastic hotel. Rooms are big and well appointed and very clean. The grounds are beautiful and the pool area simply wonderful. It is set back about 200m from the beach and a10min walk to Otres2. Don't let this put you off as there is a golf buggy shuttle at your disposal all day. You can even arrange pick up up to 10pm every night which is a good idea as the road is dark. "Nice enough hotel located in the worlds biggest building site, highlight of my stay here was just trying to get in the place my two options were wading through muddy water or climbing over mountain's of rubble and rotting garbage, nice pool friendly no open bar or restaurant though. "My stay was great here and I wanted to write a review because Phally really went out of the way to help take me to a secluded spot at night in order for me to swim with the glowing plankton, providing me with a snorkeling mask as well and waited until I was done to walk me back. The dome I stayed in was very clean and cute and breakfast was delicious as well. The shuttle to and from the ferry was also quick and efficient. Highly recommend for anyone who comes to Koh Rong Samloem."
