"Room was elegantly designed with really useful spaces. We had 4 massive checked bags (35 KG each) and the closet area accommodated them nicely (not unpacked). The staff were each exceptional and seemed to actually care about what you may want, anticipate your needs and offer help before you ask. "Very strong sewer smell coming from the bathroom. Had to checkout one day earlier due to the smell. Not enough hot water to shower. Drapes are falling apart. It’s a shame because it’s a nice property and the staff is amazing. "

"Loved the property and their hospitality. Air con was heating the room too much and was not able to cool the room which they attributed to the “winter season” - so it did get stuffy in the room, but opening the windows helped a great deal. Very friendly staff. Overall a good experience!"

Breakfast was magnificent but didn’t dine here on an evening, it seemed very quiet, Hotel overall was very clean, good facilities with some lovely touches. However, one of these lovely touches was a beautifully presented box of chocolates on arrival. "A perfect hotel to spend a day in after arriving at the airport. Very nice pool terrace up top to enjoy the sun, some food and a drink. In the morning had a wonderful breakfast with a nice little walk around the town before heading out to Albuferia. Recommend"
