5/5 - Excellent
Exceptional old town with the most glorious architecture, rich in history. Plenty restaurants, shops and bars. Good location for sightseeing.

Kotor Old Town is noteworthy for its historical sites, and you can make a stop at top attractions like Kotor Bay and Clock Tower.

Absolutely loved it. Hotel is clean, good size bedrooms and great service. Located at the nice place on the hill with great view.

I am writing this to offer a serious counter-perspective to the positive reviews here. While the location in the Old Town is central, do not assume this guarantees a professional or comfortable experience. Our stay was defined by unprovoked aggression from the host and a lack of basic utilities. ...

Room was good, tidy. Staff's were polite and kind. The issue we had was with the bathroom which is small, the floor was almost wet when showered. There was no free parking nearby. Paid parking was found in a 7 mins walkable distance.

Lovely walled city, very friendly people
Simply stunning!
Ideal for a mini break. Explore away from the main squares to find a number of interesting restaurants and bars. Local beaches are rather small and stony. Those with mobility issues will find it difficult.
During September there seems to be 2 cruise liners a day visit, apparently in August its up to 5 a day, so it gets busy during the day, then calms down mid to late afternoon. Still worth a visit, we went for 7 nights and loved it.
Kotor was beautiful - great scenery and an old town. Our favourite ‘activity’ was hiring bikes and riding around the bay by the water.
