"Every thing was good, but I got four small pieces of ice inside of cup at resturant, when I wanted to check out there manager charged me €2 for ice. This behaver is not acceptable for a professional behaver’s manager. So disappointed subject…."

"Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the room had a strong sewage/drain smell. I immediately reported this to reception and requested a room change, but this was refused. Instead, I was told that a cleaner would attend the room. The cleaner was friendly and professional and changed the bedding in front of us, but she was unable to address the underlying issue. A chemical product was used which appeared to mask the sewage smell rather than resolve it. The...

Room was always nice and tidy after leaving and coming back for the day, also had a private balcony as well so had a great street view - cannot wait to be back! "If you are looking for a quiet beachfront hotel, it was not. Very noisy most of the night. If you are looking for vibrant lots of music and beach noise, it’s for you. Sushi non existent although advertised. No real restaurant either. But good tapas bar and great staff and view."

"I had a great stay at Valhotel. My room was basic, but clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I love the pool and outdoor areas. My only complaint is that the Wifi connection was not good. I unfortunately had to do some work during my stay and had to purchase an eSim card in order to get on the internet. Other than that, I would recommend a stay here."
