"Hotel cancelled booking."

"This hotel was a little dated but clean, comfortable, and safe. Breakfast was very lacking - don’t plan on filling up there. But otherwise would definitely recommend!"

"I booked a handicapped room since I recently had knee replacement surgery and wanted to make sure I had a shower with grab bars. I had just driven 10 hours and as tired. When I got to my room there were no drapes on the window which faced an apartment complex. I went back downstairs and they said the drapes were being fixed and was scheduled to be installed the next day . "The room was very nice, and I really like the Avid hotels….but they put queen size sheets on a king size bed so the second we laid down they popped off the edge. The trainee at the front was very friendly but the person training her was not. The breakfast was very good and it is a very clean nice hotel so a few things that are negative very fixable. "

"Room was clean. Staff was excellent - we checked in very early because of a funeral early afternoon - I called the day before to explain the reason. We (to include family in 3 other rooms, were able to check-in early to change clothes. Each member of the staff were helpful, kind, and caring. Breakfast was good. The aAir-conditioner in our room was wonderful!"
