"The receptionist charged us $141 whereas we booked through Expedia for $121. He said we have no longer ties with Expedia.You have to give $141 otherwise you can go to find the other option. I was with my small kids and time was around 10:30 so we gave him the amount.The room was dirty having spiders and the heating system was not working.My both daughters got fever because it was too cold. Overall bad experience"
