"Great view of the Gulf, nice beach, chair/umbrella rental and a great Italian Restaurant. The only thing I could’ve done without was one of their beach bars starts playing at 9:30am and could’ve lowered the volume till 11:00am."

"Need to have Sanibel map of sites in each room, an outdoor shower to clean off sand near tiki hut would be great! Loved toiletries. Bar is a little pricey 2 small bloody marys and one appitiser of onion rings = $50 plus tip. Your remodel is fantastic. You will see us again for a 5 day stay with more girlfriends."

"Our stay at the Pink Shell was fantastic! We spent 5 nights with my Son, daughter in law and 2 Grandchildren. Wonderful resort for family. Plenty of activities for kids. Wonderful pools, restaurants and great beach for shelling. Friendly staff throughout! We hope to return sometime soon!"

"The room was clean but pretty bare for a condo u it. The bed we had has pretty hard. The couch was stiff as a board. The bathroom only had one sink and the only mirror in the whole place. The Staff were great. Beach view was great. Only ate breakfast once at the restaurant and it was not that good and very expensive. Should have know it was not as good as we were the only ones in there."

"I would give great reviews but one thing that bothered me we prepaid for our stay at check out your are charged 40 dollars a day resort fee that was never mentioned. When I questioned it at check out was told nothing they can do and was like no big deal we stayed 6 nights that was 240 dollars I was a little upset was never mentioned at all … so please be aware of that fee they don’t tell you in advance."

"Rebuilt post-hurricane so brand new throughout. Our suite was a good size and well-equipped, power blinds, nice balcony. Excellent bed and bedding. Dante’s - which a little cold and noisy - the only dining option when the Tiki bar had a private event and the Tiki bar closes at 7 in any event. Very pleasant and helpful staff. An excellent coffee service at the reception. I would come back!"

"The hotel needs renovations especially rooms and bathrooms. The grounds are well maintained. The staff is average, as when I was stuck in the hotel because my flight was delayed for several hours, they didn’t want to offer me late check out even that most of the hotel is empty!"

"Everything was awesome with our stay. The only thing I would recommend is new pool furniture that's comfortable. It was like sitting on metal bars. Other than that we would definitely stay again!!"

"Staff was great. Room was clean and parking was good."

"The furniture in the rooms could definitely use some updating. Walls in room and hallways in need of painting. We had ants get in our food in the kitchen, and there were ants in one of the bedrooms. On the good side the location is wonderful. The beach being so close is great! The pool was also very nice!"

"I stay often in Fort Myers (family), this is 1st at Garden Inn, I will definitely stay here in the future. Everything was immaculate, staff is friendly and ever so helpful. The rates were less than what I had been paying for someplace a few mins closer to the family. Discovered Garden Inn was <5 mins further, worth the extra few mins at less the cost. We ordered a breakfast to take to our room, cooked to order and plentiful."
