"Very good hotel for its price. You can walk to the Krakow city center very easily, the employees speak English and the check-in procedure was fast. I booked the cheapest and smallest one person room. The room is small, has no storage space and a small and outdated bathroom. This was not a problem for me, given the price, but should be taken into consideration. However the bed was very good and the room was good sound isolated. My room was in front of the elevator and I wake up to sounds...

"A great hotel located in the Old Town of Krakow. Very convenient for all the main sites in the city and in easy walking distance of the main train station. All the staff were friendly, and the food was very good. The room was quite small but adequate for a short stay. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel."

"This was my first time in Cracow and I will definitely return to this wonderful city as well as to this great hotel. A special thank you goes to the staff at the front desk who gave me an upgrade to a junior suite after some problems with my first room. Isabella was extremely friendly and helpful as were all the others working at the Radisson!"

"Fantastic location right in the heart of old town. Surrounded by restaurants and stores. Really nice bathroom, clean room and comfortable bed. My room was a bit warm but the fan did the job. The hotel gavecearplugs but i didn't actually find it too noisey..there was a humm of people out dinibg & ealking the streets butcall was quiet byvthe time i went to bed. Would definately stay here again."
