"Excellent place to stay in the old town area of Krakow. Location is perfect with the square right on your doorstep. There is always helpful people on hand in the reception area if you need anything. Only a couple reasons I have not given 5*. Firstly if you are given one of the rooms that overlooks the nearby alleyway then you will hear a nearby club at night on Fri, Sat & Sun Secondly the TV & WiFi are pretty poor.
