"The hotel was very nice. The Thai restaurant in the lobby was very good. The vagrants outside didnt bother me too much since the whole area is filled with these unfortunate souls . Check in was easily done in person by the friendly desk agent. I would ask that guests are insruced how to utilize thier room key to activate the power outlets and some of the lighting in the room....I had to charge my phone in the hallway amd the housekeeper showed me the operation....simple but if you dont know you dont know! Very nice hotel...I would stay there again in the future."

"This property is a bit away from the main action in Frankfurt but super convenient to the train station. We walked with our luggage there and back. Hotel is modern and the washer/dryer in the unit was a great feature (although it did take longer to wash and dry loads but that could be that I could not understand the settings in German). The mall next door wad great for getting food at and there are other restaurants near by. Again, not near the main action in Frankfurt but a quick taxi or subway ride to it. Enjoyed the propery and staff."

"very nice place and brand new. The shuttle does not pick up in the "hotel shuttle area" and it actually goes to a parking deck, you'll have to walk from there to the hotel (only 3 mins walk). Highly recommend this place."

"Seems like a newer area, close to other hotels and a shopping mall. Felt really safe although I did find it a bit far from transit. Spacious and clean room though I did have problem with the access key for the first few times trying to get into room."
