"Everything was perfect, the staff make check-in easy, rooms are warm and comfy the second you walk in, the pool and hot tub area was clean and relaxing. Breakfast was great. Couldn’t ask for better place to stay for a weekend."

"Brand new, nice hotel with a few kinks to work out. It begins on the 4th floor or the orthopedic hospital. Too us a while to figure out how to get to it. A very nice nurse escorted us to the front desk through the hospital. There is no where to pull up to check in- you have to go in and then they ask you out a sticker in your windshield so security knows you are staying there. Kind of inconvenient to get there and have to walk back out to put in car, especially when we parked in a spot specifically for hotel visitors. Otherwise, bar lounge and front desk were very kind and the room spacious. Thermostat has no fan. I kind of like the sound of the fan on and we got a bit hot. Pillows were like sacks of sand so not a fan. Overall very nice hotel and reasonably priced. Perfect if you have family in the hospital there as it’s next to the Sanford Castle ! "

"Overall hotel was clean and updated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool area was clean, but big pool was ice cold and hot tub was hotter than I would prefer. Would stay again, but really wish pool temps would be better. "

"The room was very nice and modern. Well lit. I like the amenities at the hotel. I thought the vault bar was an amazing feature. Staff was friendly and genuine. I would definitely recommend."
