This was our first trip to the States and overall we were bowled over by the hospitality, service and friendliness of the Americans. However, the Hampton Inn was in a different league, and made us feel like celebrities, even family. The staff were truly lovely and the rooms and facilities, especially breakfast were excellent. Only having an indoor pool was a slight downer, but they fixed that by arranging for us to use the nice outdoor pool at their sister hotel next door. We will return!!

a very enjoyable stay at this hotel for 9 nights,the staff were always very helpfull and extremely friendly ,the rooms were very comfortable and always cleaned each day.the location could not have been better right next to i85 but very quiet considering how close,would stay there again with no hesitation at all. thankou for a enjoyable and peacefull stay visting from the united kingdom.

Everything was sweet including cream cheese and yogurt.

Clean and large room/bathroom. Breakfast was okay. Typical. Nothing to rave about. Did not use the bar. Sufficient parking available, though we used Lyft.

Amazing stay, clean, spacious, comfortable room. So many unexpected extras, breakfast and dinner buffet each day with daily 2 drink offer included. Plus fountain drinks, coffee and fresh popcorn.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at, staff friendly and helpful, standard sort of breakfast but good. Room and bed comfortable, quiet and clean, included fridge which was useful. Great night

Visiting from the UK. Great hotel, great location. We recently visited the Charlotte area for a week and this hotel was perfect for us. Staff were lovely and so polite and attentive. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was great and plenty to eat as was the kick back food in the evening Room was very clean and spacious. Check in and out was easy. Fantastic hotel. Amazing staff made our week’s visit very enjoyable and comfortable.

We used this hotel for a 12 day stay to take in the Fall race's at Charlotte Motorspeedway. We have stayed closer to the track in previous years. This time we wanted to be closer to the many race shops in the Mooresvile / Concord / Charlotte area.
