"This place was terrible. Paint peeling off the doors & walls, mold in bathroom, sink didn’t drain well. When my spouse took a shower, they couldn’t get the water to shut off, plus the tub wasn’t draining. Had to call someone because the water ran over the tub all into our room. They couldn’t get the water off & had to use a wrench. Used our ice bucket to dump water from tub into toilet, but the damage was done. We checked out right away. No apology was given either. STAY AWAY from this...

"We had a wonderful family vacation at this Lake Norman house. Anything you could think of was provided at this beautiful house. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time in the water, playing games, and simply enjoying family time together. We can’t wait to come back!"

Said they would compensate for extreme inconvenience. I have not heard anything back. Used for birthday party and unable to use 2 main attractions. "This was an amazing place. The house was very clean and well maintained. Bed was very comfortable. The shower was awesome. The view around the property couldn’t have been better. The host was very nice and his wife made some of the best cookies I’ve ever had. There is a couple of small restaurants that are very good close by and an assortment of chain restaurants within a 30 minute drive. I will definitely be staying here again soon."
