"Really friendly staff, booked ins fright away, Weiss this hotel as we went to Skegness race way, not far from the track or city centre, rooms really clean. Breakfast was huge and well worth the money. Only downside was the main door was hanging slightly in room, reported it but it didn’t get fixed. Other then that no issues and a great service."

"Really beautiful old manor house. Gorgeous grounds. Really great location. The room was comfortable and in keeping with the hotel style. The bed was not the best but was comfortable enough. There were a few niggles around the room but these were minor and didnt affect our stay. A little more care with the cleaning wouldake a big difference but the room was clean enough (for example we found parts of a broken necklace under the dressing table). "If you want a nice base top of lincoln minutes from castle and cathedral this is it ! We had a two bedroom cottage next door to pub quiet after 1030 ish , plenty of room and well equipped we ate a salad in and drank waiting for 6 pm concert start .staff next door lovely and excellent breakfast served till 11am . Uber up hill is highly recommended at 4 quid ,enjoy the walk down !"

"The Eastleigh was an easy base for a few days away: two minutes from the pier and beach but tucked far enough up Scarbrough Avenue that you don’t hear arcade noise at night. We rolled in late morning, snagged an on-street space outside and never moved the car again. The room was spotless and practical—ceiling fan for stuffy evenings, mini-fridge with cold water and the check-in took seconds. The Wi-Fi was usable but a bit flaky, dropping in and out, so fine for quick checks but not much more....
