"I hated the place... I was refused a refund for a not used reservation. Do not ASK AGAIN!!!!"

"Overall the property was very clean, breakfast was decent and ready promptly at 6:00am. I was a little surprised that I have two staff ask me about what room I was in so they could clean and also the shower wall was not clean. I saw hair on the shower wall that was not mine."

"1) After new renovation, the doors were sticking and binding inside the door frames. New paint not dry enough? 2) Our windows facing north were foggy between the glass panes, and very dirty on the exterior. 3) New furniture is nice. 4) I assume the lobby hasn't been renovated yet... The dusty silk greenery is not very appealing. 5) Loved the new mini-refrigerator. With its "quick cool" setting."

"The place is close to everything to fashion Chicago outlet , to the train going to downtown Chicago 5 bucks one way , it’s nice but the problem u smell weird smell and some loud noises at night"

"Great staff. Nice breakfast.."

"Quick service- housekeeping was helpful and made sure the room was cleaned daily."

"I would definitely recommend."

"change or clean the a/c in the rooms"

"Grear"

"The first room we found a questionable bug in it. We requested a new room which they did accommodate us with. It was very expensive for being an ok hotel."

"Convient"

"A great place to stay if you are forced to be in Cedar Rapids overnight"

"When we got there the staff had no clue what they were doing or what was going on. When we got into our room the floor was dirty, there was holes in our blankets, the bathroom doorknob was on the floor, the tub was half filled with water and the fridge was not cleaned out."
