"No coffee available in room or in breakfast area at 8:00am. They refused to make any. Breakfast was supposed to be included but they had NOTHING except bagels (again no coffee). Air conditioning would not cool sufficiently. Couldn’t get it below 75 degrees. Beds were good and firm. Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain properly."

"To be honest the place is starting to show it's age just a little bit, but it is located in a very convenient location and the owners and staff are very nice and helpful. It's nice to know there's a place to go where staff is not rude in a knowledgeable. If I needed to I would definitely stay again."

"This place is beautiful, inside and out. There is some construction going on inside to improve rooms off the entrance, but it's not close to the rooms. We never heard a peep from anyone else. Very nice stay."

"Everything was top notch except for one thing. Refrigerator did not work. Called front desk… was offered another room but we had already unpacked everything and not in the mood to repack and move. Was told they would get a placement. 24 hours later, no replacement. Called and told they would get it done. Next day, no replacement. :-("

"This property is terrible. The staff overall was nice, but the property itself is extremely rundown, smelly, damp, and moist in the rooms. There was even mold in some of the picture frames. They were starting a redo and had all the carpet torn out, dry walling the walls and some painting. None of this was disclosed when making the reservations. However even with redoing some walls and carpet this place will still be bad. Lipstick on a pig. Probably the only way to get is reasonable would be...

"The Rose Cottage was so spacious and quiet and Robin was very friendly and accommodating with requests. She helped with dinner recommendations and shops around town. I would love to come back here again!"

"The rooms look nothing like the pictures. Not even kind of close. It smells so bad in the rooms, I can’t describe what the smell is but it is so bad. Way over priced for what it actually is. The ac works but won’t go below 70 it will say it’s 65 but it’s not. The cabinets are falling off the walls and the people are super inconsiderate. This place should be condemned"
