"The rates on website was higher than asked to be paid on the desk. The staff cannot speak english so if you cannot speak spanish dont even try Wifi dose not reach the rooms and most communal zones. Breakfast is very pour and if you wont be there very early you wont find clean table, plates, or some food would run out of stock. Overall, the place is not bad to saty, the rooms and the pools are good but for this prices you can get better options around."

"El DOMO XL es muy lindo pero carece de privacidad. Tiene una ventana gigante a la montaña y complejo con vista excepcional pero no hay como cubrirlo totalmente. Eso hace que se vea desde el exterior (aunque hay poco tránsito dado que hay pocas unidades cerca) y a la mañana entra todo el sol en la habitación. El servicio del lugar es excepcional y no dudaría en volver al mismo lugar eligiendo cabaña en lugar de DOMO."

On the last day, there were strong winds, resulting in a power outage across the entire area for 3 hours. "Lugar muito bonito e confortável. No entanto nunca tem ninguém na recepção, quando encontrávamos alguém o funcionários estavam perdidos, não sabiam dar informações ou não respondiam com clareza. Muito difícil o acesso. Taxi, Uber e remixes não encontram o local da hospedagem perdíamos mais de uma hora para tentar que um táxi fosse ao local. Na volta sempre se perdiam ao nos levar de volta.
