"The surroundings of the Hotel are great and very quiet. Excellent service including the Shuttle to the ski area. The temperature of the water during a shower was changing constantly from ice cold to extreme hot forcing us to take very short showers! The pool was not available and we had to go to another hotel to swim."

"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. "Überteuertes veraltetes Hotel,das einzig positive war das Hunde mit durften. Zimmer an sich war auch gut gereinigt aber es fehlten randleisten am Boden,&&& alles einfach zu alt und renovier bedürftig."
