"The property served its purpose. But I checked in on Thursday and reported that the sink stopper was broken. I reported each day and it never was fixed. Also, having a 4:00PM check in is crazy. "Tried to charge me for a room I already paid for. Then tried to charge me a $20 pet fee when the Hotels.Com site specifically said $10. Room was FILTHY, baseboards hadn't been cleaned in years.
