"Look, you get what you pay for... this place was not worth quite that. The room was OK (e.g., bed and chairs) but that was about it. The TV had 4 channels (only) that pixelated/froze every few seconds, The plumbing needs a lot of work, The room does not have "heating controls" - but rather just a knob that turns the (loud) heater on or off... The walls are thin enough that I could hear conversations from 2-3 rooms away... My overall review... Ouch."

"The incessant sound of other people flushing the toilet in our bedroom throughout the night and day has become extremely uncomfortable."

"Great hot breakfast, especially the cheese omelets. Tasty sausages, fast pancake machine. Coffee machine that grinds each cup fresh, that is awesome. Staff very friendly and eager to help."

"pretty run down"

"Hotel was exceptionally clean. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was ok."

"Staff was friendly and property was clean. Easily accessible from all directions."

"The front desk staff were excellent—very friendly, welcoming, and professional. Everything was exceptionally clean, neat, and well-maintained. Overall, a very pleasant experience!"

"Room was dirty and the lights didnt wirk on arrival. T.V. was unkooked to cable. Old hotel needs rehab. Breakfast was slim and not much there. They inly clean the rooms if you ask continuously. I would not stay there again."

"Property was nicely maintained. Challenge for us was neighbors on every side were noisy. Could hear tv’s, people talking laughing all night long"

"Stayed here for a show near by at the f m Kirby arts center. The front desk staff were very nice when checking in. FYI do not put the room keys in with your wallet it won’t let you in your hotel door room. Our room was fairly clean but noticed some pet hair under sheets. Shower was nice and hot and towels were nice! Pillows are a little flat than usual hotel pillows! For the most part it was alright place if you’re just sleeping. There were a couple times I heard dogs at 3 in the morning and...

"Rooms had a kitchen save money on eating in"

"First room was full of stains and sticky. Asked for a new room, still had stains but not as bad, and not sticky. Could tell they had bedbugs at one point. Got rid of them, but kept the same sheets with the little black stains. Even the shower curtain had black dots on it. There was black mould in the bathroom vent, so they removed the vent switch so you couldnt turn it on."

"Beautiful space...clean and quiet Staff was so accommodating and friendly. I will stay here again"

"In general, this hotel was okay."

"Room was extremely clean. Water pressure in the shower was minimal. Clicking sound from refrigerator was annoying. Noise from hallway was loud. Someone starting their truck in middle of the night and letting run kept us awake."
