"Loud, unprofessional, poorly stocked, uncaring, dirty. The fire alarm went off in the hotel (with a blaring speaker in our room right over the bed) during the middle of the night BOTH nights we were there: for 48 minutes non-stop minutes the first night, then for a couple minutes the second night. Everyone went down to the lobby in their pajamas. Not a single announcement was made. I asked for a reason when I checked out and kindly asked if there was any compensation for the late-night...

"The property is very outdated. The room was okay but the electricity was going in and out so when we got there the room was musty. The ice machines on the first, second, and third floor didn’t work, so I had to go to the bar to get ice. Breakfast was okay. Def not the best Embassy suites I’ve ever been to, but for the price, it served its purpose. Front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast staff were very friendly."

"Simply beautiful inside and out, reception desk staff were just pleasant friendly and helpful , I felt so relaxed and happy staying there. Smiles everywhere well worth the cost of the stay. Loved their breakfast it filled me up most of the day I shall recommend this hotel to any friend that comes to Lubbock"

"The young man running the giro t desk was no where to be found when I went to check in and when I saw my room and was leaving because it smelt like cigarettes smoke and was not very clean, he was no where to be found once again. I took a shower and left because I couldn’t stand the smell and the bed did not look sanitary. I was duped by reviews and pictures"

"The property personnel were helpful, especially the proprietor who was on duty all 4 days of my stay. My room was very dusty. I have videos showing the extent. The bathroom had numerous cracks in the grout on a number of places, forcets on shower fixtures ,cracks in the toilet seat questioning the spread of infectious bacteria. The toilet grout at the base was cracking leading to overflows of fluids from showering. I do have pictures and videos of these areas as I was disappointed in the upkeep...
